In Costa Rica we recommend to move around using Waze or Google Maps because address are not defined. Type Nest Freses  and it will be shown as an option, select it and it will take you to the building or click:

Send your full name and all guests names over 18 in the Airbnb chat for access to the building this is mandatory for building administration. Important that only the owners can communicate with the concierge in order to authorize guests. If you have not provided this details in the Airbnb chat and arrived unannounced you will not be able to access the aparment.

 Check in its at 3pm. 

The building administration is not allowed to take care of luggage or personal items from Airbnb guests.

Early check it's only possible if guests are NOT checking out the same day, and it can only be confirmed that same morning of the arrival day, this is because we have last minute reservations often.

Parking spot is in the "S" level and you must use a car elevator to reach the spot which is the P-11. No Oversize vehicles are able to fit in it.
