Rules
The following rules are mandatory while you are in NEST building, they are established by building administration for all resident and guest to have safe and relax experience.
1. All guests over 18 must provide a valid ID (passport, driver license or cedula) upon arrival.
2. The building administration is not allowed to take care of luggage or personal items from Airbnb guests.
3. Only 4 guests allowed in the apartment at any time. Visits are not permitted.
4. Unregistered guests will not be allowed to enter the apartment.
5. When accessing the underground parking security must check that only registered guests are occupying the vehicle.
6. Prostitution or any kind of sexual tourism is prohibited.
7. Check out is at 10am after that you must leave the building, no common areas can be used after checkout.
8. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, balcony or common areas. Fines will be apply by the administration to the apparment.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Parties are not allowed; quiet time must be respected after 11pm. If there is a complaint in place you will need to leave the apartment without a refund.
11. Throwing objects or liquids from the balcony or windows is a felony, the building is always monitored, and recordings will be delivered to the local authority if necessary.
12. Common areas can only be used with previous reservation through Airbnb chat and these rules must be followed:
a. Without reservation no areas can be used even if they are not being used.
b. The usage of professional video and photograph equipment is prohibited at the building.
c. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in common areas.
d. The noise must be moderate at all times, music can be used at a low volume and must be stopped per management request.
e. Must only be used at scheduled times.
f. Sexual behavior is prohibited.
13. Not following any of the rules can end in immediate eviction without a refund.
14. Any damage to the property belongings will be reported to Airbnb.
